Having a hard time finding your groove week after week? As we know, when it comes to fitness, what we do most of the time is what really makes a difference, but when it comes to consistency—getting in your jogs and eating nutritious food—maintaining a healthy routine can be quite an arduous task. It can be hard to be consistent when everything else is so unpredictable! Fortunately, there are some things we can control in order to help us keep a healthy lifestyle and shape our bodies in the way that we’d like.
